Robert Ward, President

Bob is an organization development consultant with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years in the corporate world designing and implementing programs that increase the capacity for learning. He possesses a unique range of organizational effectiveness and learning techniques that include executive development, experiential learning, team development, process consultation, and Action Learning leadership development. Bob holds an M.A. degree in Organization Psychology and is finishing his Doctorate at Columbia University in Adult & Organizational Learning. Bob's approach to development and process improvement has participants in his workshops typically describing their experience as practical, insightful, and immediately usable to current "real time" workplace problems. His processes are grounded in experiential learning theory where development is woven together with real organizational issues.

His style can be described as facilitative, result-oriented, fun, engaging and professional. His core belief is that individuals are internally motivated to achieve and that the knowledge and capability for improving organizational performance lies within the organization (not the consultants).

His unique approach and style has led to consulting assignments with many top organizations, including Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Merck, Schering AG, Chase, KPMG, and Bristol Myers-Squibb.
